Ridge Springs Apartments

For your own safety, or if you prefer working night shifts, you should know that the manager doesn’t tell families with kids to stay inside. The kids are outside all day yelling, and no one listens. The place is always dirty and smells bad, especially in the stairwells. There’s no proper parking lot for visitors—it’s only for the daycare. So when you have visitors, they won’t find anywhere to park. On the street, it’s a blind spot, and when you’re trying to leave the apartment, risk getting hit is 90% because you can’t see clearly when exiting cars parking on the sidewalk.

The neighbors are always loud, playing loud music, basketball and soccer inside the room. Couldnt sleep and when told to the manager she did nothing helpful. Manager is only like 2 hours/week on site but has 3 office parking spots, no parking left for the residents. Cockroach, rats, black mold.

Lovely location convenient for shopping and transportation spacious floor plan wonderful neighbors and parking on sight and close to the airport, and the days I don't feel like cooking my whole neighborhood is filled with all kinda delicious wonders.. and wonderful management

Nice place, really quite, neighbors seem to be friendly I haven't had communication with a lot of them but the few I seen,, seen to be friendly
