Sophia is an outstanding manager! Very professional and courteous. She keeps this place clean and orderly at all times, which I appreciate ❤️

We lived here few years. It used to be a good place to live. Our late manager Candace used to take good care of the place. Now we have a very rude manager Sophie. Sophie makes us feel as if she is doing us a favor for living here. Sophie is the rudest manager I have ever seen. Do look else where.

Wouldn’t recommend moving here Sophie is very rude and disrespectful, she never answers the phone or get back to you if left a message. She will talk over you if you have a problem other then listening and being a help or your need. If you don’t want to deal with a rude office manager in your home do not move here. Very nice units but very rude property manager 👎🏾👎🏾

I am very sad to say that cottage woods isn't the same since Candice isn't here anymore, especially now that there is a new manager Lady who is absolutely rude, disrespectful, and is lowering the high standard that cottage woods has always been known for. I hope that the property management sees, as soon as possible, that this management style of this new Lady isn't fitting for cottage woods.

Sophia needs to be Fired if she still there,ASAP
