Overall, our stay in the unit itself was pleasant, and maintenance was great. Any issues we had inside our apartment were handled quickly and fixed without problems. That said, our experience with management went downhill toward the end of our lease. During the leasing process everything was friendly and welcoming, but once we decided not to renew, things changed. All required documentation for my ESA dogs was provided, yet management continued to charge pet fees despite receiving proper paperwork. During our move-out, we were given a hard time about our moving truck being parked briefly, while other new tenants had large moving trucks parked for long periods of time blocking multiple cars and nothing was said to them. We recently moved to the area from Arizona and have been living at Foster Greens for about a month now. From start to finish, our experience has been excellent. Victor is truly outstanding. He is attentive, knowledgeable, patient, cheerful, and always prompt. Even before we arrived, he made the moving process smooth and stress-free, keeping in touch during our 4-day drive up and checking in afterward to make sure we had everything we needed. When we submitted a maintenance request, it was handled quickly, professionally, and with kindness. Maintenance personnel even came back a few days later to check that the issue was resolved. I am a few weeks old in this apartment, Victor is an amazing person. He received me well when I came to make an inquiry, I didn't have to think twice. I made a decision on the spot. The apartments are well maintained and quiet, the parking is always clean above all Victor's hospitality is top notch!

Management is awesome, the maintenance crew is great and the community is friendly. Victor always takes time to talk with you and our neighbors always say hi. Also, in 2 years we’ve only had one maintenance issue and they had it fixed that day.
