Literally every answer to "what do you not like about this business?" applies. This company refused to conduct any work or respond to communications for over a year! Destroyed building façade too. Stay away from companies like this that supposedly charge less than competitors, because you will end up paying more out of pocket down the line with the litany of issues this horrendous firm leaves in their wake. An absolute waste of money and time — would give zero stars if possible. Should rename to Rotten Management!
