a minute ago New This place is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever encountered first off I felt like I was being forced to put a deposit down for an apartment second I got a call back the next day and said the apartment I put the deposit down for was given away because I choose to move at a later date. I told the lady OMO that I wanted to move the latest by January and she said I can’t not do that let’s not forgot she already had my deposit so I basically had to move when she wanted me to move I honestly think they take peoples hard working earned money it was not stated if I choose to not move I won’t get the deposit back it only states if I give ALL Monies to move in and then decide to not move then I won’t get a refund that was not my case I disputed with my bank and they sent The e

Think twice before moving here. The management is completely biased, some workers are rude, and you’ll feel frustrated all the time. In this Complex building have lived congregations of families for many years, it gives them a sense of power, many old, shamefully unhappy people, some of them racist that complain all the time. It’s not a healthy environment to live in, believe me, find another place.

I have lived in BG for about 10 years and I love the gardens. It is a coop which means that this a community with a board. Changes are slowly taking place for the better. I love the sound inside the gardens where it is peaceful and one can take a stroll and read on the benches. Management upkeeps the property and it looks well-kept always. Great place for singles, families and all.

Ended up having to go to the property office on a Saturday to gain information. . Surprised their were knowledgeable personnel on duty in the Maintenance Office who were able to answer most everything needed. . Well lit. Clean. Organized Cooperative Apartments operation. . Would not hesitate to live there myself! .
