I fell in to the bathub as the shower stand fall to my head still they don't have time top fix it .I took therapy as i got hurt badly .Thanks god i did not die . I am not sure who is the manager and why they cant take it seriously . They handed their appartment without complete their work . Everytime , i call or email but no good approach from them . If the employee is not responsible person at least they should behave well.They don't have any right to give the tenant annyoing condition . #NYC

Please pay attention. If you aren’t actually selling a house and ready you won’t get assistance , or trying to get a hold of an apartment or if you aren’t South Asian (Indian like the realtor) you won’t get any type of support or assistance. I tired to get a apartment and I was ready to rent it and had said yes, had the money ready to get the apartment. Then the realtor did not care if I had the money or if I had the paperwork ready, he had ghosted me …. Did not answer back to my messages or phone calls which is not professional at all, did not give an explanation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Please go somewhere else. Unprofessional. He will only negotiate if you have a business to sell . He only chases big money businesses. Does not care for minorities/ families who are looking

I came to this location to inquire about rent stabilized/income restricted units . The receptionist Taisha was extremely snarky. To have a person with this type of unprofessional demeanor representing a well-known real estate agency is an atrocity. Management should really reconsider Having such an ill mannered individual being the face Such an esteemed Real Estate Agency. Please address this incompetent employees’ behavior, replace her or retrain her. Thank you

We put our house on the market just as Covid came to NY. Ana was very professional and prompt with market analysis and dealing with clients. The house was a tough sell. It needed a fair amount of work. She had buyers, but covid scared them away. She did not give up. Ana sold our house for a reasonable amount of money and assisted in many situations to facilitate that sale. I live in North Carolina, so her assistance was crucial. Thank you Ana and the team at Wagner and Kelly!!!!
