I was interested in buying an apartment, based on a referral from a friend who lives in boulevard gardens. Today my friend had a party for his child, which I attended. I walked around the area for a few and thought the community was good and seemed pleasant for me and my family. As I was walking my daughter saw a playground and lost it, she begged me to take her. I seen the signs which indicated that the park was for residents, but I figured since I was a guest due to me attending the party it shouldn't be a big deal.
