Expensive full bath remodel. Lots of delays. Once you pay, forget about anyone returning to fix problems. You’ll be ghosted and if you’re persistent enough, the owner’s son will give an excuse and assure he’ll return, to then ghost you again. They ignore inquires from the BBB. Shower wand came out of the wall (wrong screws used) and I replaced and caulked. Tile grout cracked (possibly not mixed properly due to the amount cracked), glass shower door leaks a big puddle onto the floor each day. Never installed a new light switch that was agreed to, so I did it. General lack of attention to detail which is crazy with what they charge. Something is wrong with the owner’s son - he will forget important details, like putting a new tub in my bath remodel (as if I wanted a 40 year old yellowed tub
