Carson Farms Apartments

I’ve been living at Carson Farms for almost two years now, and my experience has been great overall. I especially want to recognize Bree and Jason for the way they handle things. Bree is always kind, professional, and very understanding. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help with something regarding my account or the property, she’s been patient and willing to assist. She treats residents with respect and genuinely seems to care. Jason has also been great. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, he’s been responsive, professional, and easy to talk to. He handles repairs efficiently and makes sure everything is taken care of the right way. It really makes a difference when the staff is approachable and consistent. I appreciate the work they do and the way they represent the community.

Possibly the worst condos in Delaware. 1. They will say YOU (the renter) have to pay for anything maintenance related. Including but not limited to dryer vent cleaning, doors needing replaced, leaks, clogged gutters, and anything else basically. 2. They do not answer their phones or email. They do everything in their power not to fulfill maintenance requests. 3. For the last 7 weeks there have been no dog poop bags or anyone emptying the dog poop bins. 4. There is not enough parking for all of the residents but they are now going to enforce towing. Rather than making more parking spots to accommodate the number of rental units they filled. They make millions a year off everyone and don’t maintain the property. You would think with the money they screwed out of us they could make some more

We've been at Carson Farms for 16 months and we love it! It's quiet, well maintained, and convenient to downtown without being busy at all. A few months ago, a new property manager took over and the service and attentiveness provided by management has vastly improved. There was turnover a couple of times during our first year here, so getting responses was an issue. Not anymore! We're thrilled with the new management.

Where do I begin....let's start with I moved to Carson Farms almost 2 years ago. I and my daughter saw the community and where drawn to it just by the appearance in the community. It is very clean and has beautiful green spaces and water features that makes it warm and inviting. So we toured and the amenities and units met our needs. So we took the next step to move here. Your all caught up on how we came today. I would like to now address is it a great community and do I regret moving here. No we don't regret moving here, We love living here. My daughter is able to walk right out to green space to walk her ESA dog. We have wonderful neighbors who are friendly, but respectful to us. Since we work nights, sound was important for us to be able to sleep. The property staff is wonderful also,

My husband and I lived here for 4 years. The first 2 years were great! We had a constant maintenance and property manager who kept the complex clean. However, maintenence and property changed every couple of months. It was hard to communicate maintenance needs. Two summers ago, our A/C broke down. We had to make 7 maintence request to fix it. The maintenance would find every excuse about why it wasn't getting fixed. Our apartment was running between 78-80 degrees during the hottest part of the summer. Throughout the four years, we received many emails about keeping the place clean in the winter time and pick up our dog waste. Recently, the dog waste post would pile up on the ground and the sidewalks/driveways were never cleared during the winter time. We had many times we fell on ice due t
