My purchase experience was fantastic. Joy and the entire sales team were great to work with. I had been shopping for months. The project manager, Derek, did a great job of keeping me informed. All punch list items were addressed before closing. They stop by regularly to make sure there are no issues and that I'm happy with my purchase. Wasn't the least priced home in the area, but a great value for the money.
