The Flats on Houk

Since the moment we applied to the moment we moved in, it’s been a fantastic experience. Everything is super clean: the pool, gym and club house. Super quiet community which makes a peaceful living experience. I am very happy to call this community my home!

A year ago, we embarked on a journey to find our new home after seliing and moving from out of town. After some time, we discovered this beautiful place that truly feels like home. Our wonderful neighbors and the reliable maintenance guy make it even better. Michelle (Very reliable) in the office is a joy to interact with, and those simple moments of saying hi while picking up mail or grabbing coffee remind us of the warmth of community. Thank you for everything 😇

We have lived here not quite 2 months. Had an issue w garage door...they fixed it asap. The big one....enclosed dog park had clover patch down the middle of grass attracting bees. My pup was stung. Expressed concern to staff, and said they would convey info to landscaping team. That was a week away before their next visit. So the next morning....it was done. All taken care of. I am astounded how quickly things are taken care of.

I have lived in this complex for four years. It is safe, beautiful, quiet, and management has greatly improved since I moved in. Billie is wonderful. She is very kind and accommodating. She cares about her tenants and wants to make their lives better. Their handyman Roy has fixed a few things for me and he is always prompt and courteous. I love it here. It is so peaceful. There is a nature preserve behind the property and a small park in front. It is a wonderful place to live.

The complex does have its own gym. It is a wonderful place to live.
