The Residences at Lucy Ridge Apartment Homes

I have lived at Lucy Ridge going on 3 months. I absolutely love living here! The residents are friendly and I truly feel a sense of community here. The office staff (All) are really invested in making you feel comfortable and welcome! Maintenance ( John) is extremely pleasant and efficient! I feel blessed that I happened upon Connie at the Wilcox community on 23 and she told me about Lucy Ridge!

We’ve lived here since December 2025, and we knew Lucy Ridge was home the moment we met with Connie. She truly is a gem! All of the staff are super kind and go above and beyond for their residents. The residents we've met have been incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made settling in so easy. The free Starbucks coffee, snacks, fruit, and more are such a great bonus. And when they say pet-friendly, they truly mean it! If you’re looking for a place to call home, whether short-term or long-term, come check out Lucy Ridge in Delaware, Ohio. You won’t regret it!

I love my home but I have emailed a complaint before and never got a response back. Based on other properties social media posts they go above and beyond for their events vs what I have experienced here- and that just may be because of the seasons. I was gifted GF donuts one day when there wasn’t any available, I was very grateful for that. John is great- responds to all our maintenance needs efficiently. I’m hoping in the summer there’s a lot more events to meet the community and enjoy our amenities.

We have been living here for a few months and truly enjoy every aspect of the community. The front office staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, consistently going above and beyond to assist residents. Connie is absolutely wonderful—always helpful, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. We also love the thoughtfully planned community activities, which add such a warm and engaging touch to the experience. Our only wish would be the addition of a pool in the future, which would make this community even more enjoyable

Lucy Ridge, great place to live! This community is wonderful. The staff here has been exceptional, whether simply answering questions, responding to a maintenance request, or hosting community events at the club house they are a cut above.
