Richwood North Estates

We have been living in Richwood for almost 3 years and the experience has been excellent. The place is quite nice and the house is very cozy. If you ask me if there are things to improve, of course I will say yes but nowhere have I lived has it been perfect and wherever I go, there are always things that can be improved. I have visited the office only once with the new administration and everyone was very friendly and I know that with them it will improve more and the place will be more welcoming and safer to live in! Already with the short time that this administration has taken, the change has been seen such as the garbage cans on the sidewalks and the cars parked on the street. Thank you for that! For the rest, I know that little by little they will achieve it...

Living for almost 2 years and never had any problems. The neighbors are friendly and a safe neighborhood. The maintenance man great guy. He keeps the neighbor cleaned and works hard to maintains all the units. Destiny works hard to fix issues and keeps us informed

We have lived here for almost 7 years in March. A lot has changed for the good here Destiny & Aaron has made sure to make the area worth wanting to live here. They are responsive with any issues or questions with our home.

Our family, had our sights on moving to Richwood North at the end of the lease at our old place. However, almost 2 months prior we were displaced by an apartment fire in the building at our old complex. Destiny worked diligently with our new timeline to get us a unit here. She was empathetic and compassionate and understanding. We love it here. The units are nice and updated and clean, the neighborhood is kid friendly, quiet and safe. Maintenance is prompt and dedicated. The landscaping is well maintained. We have already recommended this property to close friends and co-workers looking to move and recommend it to others who would see this review as well.

My family has lived at Richwood North Estates for 6 months now. I had a recent issue with my shower, and Aaron made it a priority to come and fix it immediately. Living here has been a pleasant experience, and the staff is terrific!
