Riata At Canoga

The service attitude is shocking. This manager may have serious personality flaws. He refuses to communicate, answer any questions from customers, and constantly interrupts, talking as if he doesn't want you to question anything. He blames all the problems on the other party, and I even feel they might not be a legitimate apartment complex. I believe staying in an apartment with such a service attitude would be like going to hell because they won't help you with any requests. You might even be trapped in this hell until your lease ends. I suggest everyone not consider such a disgusting apartment.

My family and I have only been living in this apartment for 4 months but the experience so far has been very horrible. The upstairs neighbor make to much noise, complaint called to the office 3x but no course of action taken. They told us they will speak to the upstairs neighbor but no changes happen, the manager also suggest to call the cops but its an apartment construction issue so they can't really do anything about it. In addition They moved my original parking space without notice and they moved my parking farther away from our unit. We also found a huge rat in the cabinet 2 months after moving in, not to mention the roaches that appear from time to time. They are charging us too much rent but they can't deliver the comfort and quality that should be provided. Very disappointed. 02/

Channel 7 News Connie Costello "BED BUG ARE EATING THEM ALIVE" The entire complex is infested with bed bugs. Cockroachs, rats. and the worst of ALL is all the ILLEGAL and NEGLIGENT that managers, repairman, and especially the Owners are doing at that INFESTED, NOT TO BUILDING CODE of fire doors, electrical equipment or wiring. Dry wall built over crumbling walls, leaking and rusted water pipes, falsified paper work and tax fraud, and SO MUCH MORE that Owners are so far Getting away with NOT ONLY at the Riata At Canoga but ALL 5 five of the other LARGE apartment complexes owed the same Owners !!!! My husband, my son, my daughter, and I lived there for almost a year.

Hernan, Zach, nick, Adrian, Ivan, Jacob, Amanda and Kevin are all so wonderful and I appreciate them so much for everything they do.

Bed bugs. And the idiot managers never take care of anything. Idiots are too busy popping out kids instead of helping tenants. They’re literally never there in the office. Like ever lmfao
