Fountain Park is a solid place to live. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and communication from management is clear and professional. The grounds are well maintained and the overall environment is quiet. I haven’t had any major issues during my time here.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Fountain Park. The property is peaceful and consistently kept clean, and it’s obvious that a lot of care goes into maintaining the community. Whenever I’ve needed help, management has been kind and quick to respond. It genuinely feels like a place where residents are valued.

Fountain park apartment homes is a very nice complex with great staff and maintenance. Cynthia was the first to greet me and she made sure my visit was excellent and also answered all of my questions very professionally with a great attitude for the entire tour
