PENDANT on Topanga

This place has quality staff all around. We toured the apartments with Darnell who was super helpful and didn’t mind showing us multiple units when we weren’t sure which one to get. He’s very accommodating, friendly, and responds quickly with any questions we have. Chantelle is also very nice and helpful! The units were very clean and I’m happy they helped us find the perfect one for us. We’re excited to use all the amenities when we move in very soon. Thank you!

I love living at Pendant on Topanga! There are great amenities, and plenty of food and fun options nearby. Moving in was smooth, and the leasing agent Darnell was super helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

One month since my move-in and loving this place so far! Move-in was easy, and the management team has been amazing, special mention to Darnell who made the process smooth as possible. The amenities are a huge plus—beautiful new building, rooftop, and great community spaces. Perfect place to relax and feel at home!

I would like to give a shout out to Darnell, Migel and Shantell these guys are amazing, they made me stay calm during the process and also made Pendant feel like home and it’s very safe. They have a very good customer service and will make sure to work with you until things are fully done. Pendant has security and good for those with babies, I just hope it stays peaceful and safe for all throughout. From a very happy resident.

Pendant has the best management team ever. I'm sure that's why everything works so smoothly around here. I was the first to receive the keys to this brand new building and I'm making the most of it. If Moss&Company decide to replace the team, I could become a problem for them. Thank you, Pendant!
