8530 Independence Apartments

Love this place! I've been living here for almost 2 years now and It's been a great experience so far. Management is always very kind and helpful. Their is a nice diverse group of people living here. Caucasians, African-Americans, Latinos, and Asians. :) Everyone is very friendly and respectful of others. You have a nice outdoor area to just sit down and relax too!

The building itself is beautiful and quiet. It is kept nice and neat. I have been here almost a year and haven't had any issues with the other residents and its a small community. The manager has been attentive to my concerns when I have them although they are sometimes difficult to get ahold of. the only downside is PARKING. there are several apartment buldings on the block so all guests/additional vehicles from all the buildings park out on the street so its hard to find a good spot if you have a guest or two cars.

First of all , Im so thankful to the manager again her name is Emy Salvador because shes very accommodating and friendly . This apartment is very quiet and clean , my place 1 bed and 1 bath is so huge I love it . I will recommend this to all my friends and relatives and my co workers . Im giving 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️

A family friend lives here and referred us to Emy who made herself available right away to show us the unit and she was very accommodating and I felt welcomed in this neighborhood we then decided to rent it . We are so happy with this blessing.

small community everyone knows each other but very displeased with management. Management could be much more accomodating and up to date with technology. Only three washing machines and three dryers. If you are looking for a quiet place , thats homey, and not as tech savy as it could be you wouldnt mind it here .
