I had a fantastic experience with Shanika as my leasing agent. Shanika was incredibly professional while giving the tour, pointing out every detail and feature in each room. She felt so much more warm, inviting, and willing to help than the other agents I met. I truly want to thank her and let her know I’ll definitely be back again! She’s one of the best I’ve encountered. Highly recommend!

I came in 3 weeks ago and dealt with leasing agent Shanika. She was absolutely amazing! From the first tour to move-in day. she was kind, attentive, and very understanding. She made me feel valued and not just like another applicant. I truly appreciate her support and dedication. If I need to get anything done she makes sure it happens. I have lived at Rhythm at Riverdale for the past two years, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The units are in very poor condition and appear to fall below basic housing and code-enforcement standards. There is a serious roach infestation that has been an ongoing issue. In addition, there are many vacant units, and there seems to be a large number of unauthorized occupants staying in them. There is also frequent traffic that appears to be drug-related, along with people regularly sitting in breezeways smoking and selling. The maintenance team has been rude and unprofessional, and many repairs are either done incorrectly or not handled at all. I had been waiting three weeks for mailbox key, but once shanika got involved,the issue was resolved fast. She was attentive understanding and made sure the job got done quickly. Her customer service turned my experience around completely. I'm very pleased with her. Thank you Shanika
