Jennifer at the leasing office helped me with the tour and paperwork for getting my apartment. She made it very easy and she was very helpful. Top notch service, very knowledgeable and friendly. We just moved here a few months ago from Manhattan. From Day 1, we were met with Professionalism and Courtesyness. Mike and especially Alicia, the onsite Management Team have been Amazing! Every request was immediately handled. Our adjustment has been a smooth one because of the Reveal's commitment to their Tenants. If You are considering a move to Bergen County, Tour The Reveal.

They don't care about you. They will only care about your money. One of the elevators have been down for 2 weeks and they're not bothering to fix it. They close things for renovations but refuse to do anything that is required for the tenants. Do not be fooled by the nice external appearance of the building.

Just made a year living at the Reveal and it’s been a great experience. Our apartment is renovated and we love everything about it. The staff from main office to maintenance is amazing. Alicia and Mike are always super helpful. John and Ricardo are your go to for anything maintenance and they make it happen!

Note: comment was based on experience with Avalon. Since then, the property has been apparently moved to Reveal. Have been here around 5 months. It's conveniently located in between a shopping mall and a town center, and the freeway is just 2 minutes away. Any sort of shopping or service needs are less than 10 minutes (walk and / drive away). The building itself is maintained very well. The gym has sufficient equipments (perhaps more free weights for the squat rack would be good). I haven't used the pool, but see that people frequent it. I've mostly dealt with Fran, and Nikko from the management team, and service team members Jose, and Adam. All of them are friendly to deal with and quick to assist with your request.
