I want to give a sincere thank you to Hailey and Samantha at Residences at Kingwood. Hailey has been consistently kind, professional, and responsive since I first moved in. She truly listens, follows through, and always handles concerns with care and respect. Samantha has also gone above and beyond to ensure issues are addressed properly and thoroughly. Her follow-through and advocacy made a real difference. It means a lot to have a leasing office that takes residents seriously and works to resolve things the right way. Hailey and Samantha have made my renting experience the best it can be, and I’m very grateful for their professionalism and dedication.

Hailey was such a big help throughout the whole process she was super fast and efficient with her responses to any questions I had. She made everything so easy and stress-free. I absolutely love my new place! Definitely make sure to look at the different color plans for the apartments I was able to pick the perfect one that matches my aesthetic perfectly.

I’ve generally had a positive experience living here, and the property itself is beautiful. However, I recently experienced an unpleasant situation with the leasing office in which a community policy concern was incorrectly attributed to my unit. The allegation was entirely unfounded and completely false, and it was presented in a presumptive and accusatory tone before any inquiry or verification was conducted. Management later apologized for the accusatory tone of the communication, which I appreciate. However, being presumed responsible for a policy concern before any inquiry or verification was conducted was deeply unsettling and affected my sense of comfort in my own home. Today I toured these apartments, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The person who guided us seemed rushed the entire time and was constantly on her phone. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than potential residents. We were barely given any information about the apartment, the building, or the amenities. There was no effort to explain anything or answer questions, which defeats the entire purpose of a tour. Honestly, this was one of the worst apartment tours I have ever experienced. If the staff didn’t have time to properly show the property, it would have been more respectful to simply let us know and leave instead of rushing us through it. The living experience at Residences at Kingwood is UNMATCHED!! Between the beautiful property and the kindest office administration there is no other apartment I'd want to live in! Thank you to the team here who work endlessly to provide a welcoming and warm living environment.
