Residences at Century Park

We have been here almost 2 years, Constance is wonderful to work with, always has the best attitude and goes out of her way to make sure we have an amazing experience. The socials and gatherings that have been bringing the community together have really been enjoyable and makes it feel like a family! Louis and the new maintenance management are also top notch and have been extremely quick to respond to any calls. Definitely recommend!

From the moment I first toured the property, she was incredibly organized — every question I had was answered thoroughly and follow-ups were handled without me ever having to chase anyone down. What really sets Constance apart is her thoughtfulness. She remembers residents by name, takes concerns seriously, and actually follows through. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people living here, not just the day-to-day operations. As a manager and leader she brings a calm, professional energy to the entire office. The management team, especially Constance Thomas will go above and beyond to make sure your new place comes true! She always smiling, happy and full of joy every day! Hand down this is THE BEST apartment complex I have ever lived at! Constance from the office is a ray of sunshine. Every time I see her she is smiling and welcoming. And the maintenance crew? I have never seen one like it. We have never had to wait more than a day for a work order. They are constantly around the complex, always working to keep this place beautiful.
