Trying to contact the office for these apartments is borderline impossible. Whenever they do respond it is always with some form of excuse as to why they couldn't respond earlier. Thats the extent of what they do. They don't send anyone to fix appliances unless you constantly hound them about it. My girlfriend’s dishwasher stopped working several months ago and they were supposed to replace it. It still hasn't been replaced. The air conditioners aren't installed properly so there is actually no cold air during the summer, and thats dangerous in Mississippi where summer days range from the high 80s to the low 90s. This is truly one of the best apartments I have lived in here in Mississippi. The management team stands by their word and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable. When we moved in back in October 2024, the property managers mentioned a major renovation planned for 2025. I didn’t fully believe it based on my previous property experiences until I saw the transformation myself in May 2025. They also host regular community events that give tenants a chance to connect and communicate with the management team and fellow residents, and I genuinely appreciate those opportunities. As a long-term tenant, I never imagined paying in full could still lead to a public eviction trial. These images show management confirming my rent was completely paid yet still requiring me to appear in court weeks later. (43 days) Their negligence cost me my promotion and professional standing. The constant pest control fees, poor communication, and lack of accountability show how little care they have for residents’ livelihoods. I toured here. The model looks great! But that's how they get you. Don't listen to those 5-star reviews, they be in good with the staff. Just ride through and stop and talk to a resident like I did they will give the truthfulness of the property. Renovations are not bad, the location is great But the apartments are old, like 15-20 years old. I beleive they still have the popcorn ceilings in them. For the money, get a home not worth the price. Honestly.

My experience with the property has been nothing short of exceptional! The office team is very prompt when you are asking any questions or just need help with anything! They are very friendly and the office is always welcoming. The maintenance team is always on it, when you are needing something fixed. Woodchase has a great team!! I could not have chosen a safer and beautiful community to reside.
