I've never seen anyone use wall paint to paint a sink, tub or counter tops but they did and it's looks awful and when u clean the paint comes up. It's ridiculous! Unable to get upstairs cable because there is no upstairs connection. It is spacious and quiet though and a decent location

Please don't rent from here. You will be sadly disappointed. The apartments are beyond old and need renovation. I was there for a little over a year, and we had issues with leaks and constant ac problems. The management staff was also very unprofessional and quite rude. They also charged me extra fees almost every other month. When they tried to explain why they did, the explanations and calculations never added up. The entrance is terrible on your car, as the pavement is badly broken up. I would recommend that this place have a complete renovation before seeking renters; and perhaps they should seek a new management team.

Stayed There Over A Year , Just Recently Moved About Two Weeks Ago. I Just Up & Moved. I Put A Work Order In About My Sink Being Stopped Up In The Kitchen. A Whole Week Went By , No One Came To Fix It. Several Times Of My Wife Being Disrespected By Landlord! The Landlord Is Very Unprofessional & Disrespectful ! Mold On Walls. My Wife Got Sick From The Mold , Plenty Of Nights In The ER & We Didnt Know Why Until Her Doctor Asked Did We Have Mold In Our Home! Fire Detectors Do Not Work , Fire Extinguisher Was 2 Years Old Before They Changed Them! No Garbage Dumpster, You Have About 14 Garbage Cans That Everyone Has To Share & You’ll Be Fined If All Trash Doesnt Fit! Living There Was Very Uncomfortable! It Was All About Money Here! Most Definitely Not Worth $675 A Month For A One Bedroom! Duri

Went there to acquire about a unit Apt Manager was hardly there, when I finally was shown a unit it was dam disgusting. You can tell that the property was not being maintained and the Manager in this position is a Great liar, unethical and represents this complex poorly.

never ever ever, rent an apartment here. we had mold in our wall and a hole in the ceiling and they wouldn't fix any of it and we told them about it every week for a month horrible. also the drive will tear up your vehicle
