At the age of 72 and after living in the same house for forty years, I re-located this past year to be near family. It was a really tough experience for me, but there was one bright spot. I had the privilege of working with David Stevens, Century 21 Realty, Clinton, MS. Never have I met a more dedicated professional. I would have never known what repairs needed to be done prior to listing, who to get to do those repairs or how to go about getting it all done. Furthermore, I had already moved and was a 3 ½ hour drive away.
