Complete Inspections, LLC

In 2021 my realtor recommended this company to us to do a house inspection. We were totally let down by what was not reported. It is and has been causing us thousands upon thousands of dollars and future problems because this inspection company did not do HIS job. One person came put and finished a almost 4000 square footage home in an hour or so, then out of the few things listed , this company was paid revisted fees of 175.00 two times and an initial amount of 625.00 or so but all this and house has major problems that should have been seen but overlooked. So a lawsuit would be in order to this company , realtors, that saw money as the main objective. Watch and ask questions and maybe a second opinion especially if you are black. Money wasted!!!

This company is very professional. Tyrone and Shawn are the only inspectors I recommend because I know that they do AWESOME work. Very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. This company works well with Realtors and gets the job done! I highly recommend! And did I mention, you can get your easy to read report back the same day with photos and videos?? Win, win!

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00pm on 6/22/2020. When scheduling my appointment, Delonda stated that due to COVID they could not perform inspections for occupied dwelling. I informed Delonda that the property was not occupied. At 11:59am on 6/22/2020, I received a call from Delonda stating the inspector, Tyrone, was at the house would not be able to complete the inspection due to the dwelling being occupied with cars in the drive way and people inside. I called my realtor and got to the house within 10 minutes of her phone call. When I arrived, I did not see a car in the driveway and there was not anyone in the house. I'm buying a property in Jackson from out of state and needed 'eyes on the ground' so to speak. Kudos to Complete Inspections because this was the most 'complete inspection' I've ever seen. They looked at every nook and crannie and in places I would never have guessed. I was actually shocked at how thorough and complete the inspection was as I've had inspections on other homes through the years and they were never inspected nearly as thoroughly. I was expecting a 20 to 25 page report, and what I got was a 222 page PDF loaded with photos and videos and notes of everything they inspected. I intend to buy more property there, and they will surely be the only inspection company I call!

These guys do a great job!! They find the real issues with a home and let you know what items are real problems and which items are more maintenance related. Fast and professional service from start to finish! I highly recommend!!
