I have good things to say about management the maintenance man and the property. A issue occurred and it was addressed respectfully appropriately and fairly by Kayla. The maintenance man seems to like his job and had nothing but good things to say about the office ladies. Also the property is always well kept clean and no one is lingering around outside.
Management is terrible. Don’t expect to receive your deposit back. Gonna charge you a cleaning fee in the exact amount of your deposit; even if it’s clean. I’d save the time and leave it dirty since they gonna charge you anyway. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
The management were both super friendly and super nice! Kayla and Whitney were very kind! The apartments are very nice and spacious! I love it! The apartments are located next to everything!
The bad reviews must be from old management. The complex is great and nice neighbors with plenty of space. Centrally located as well
Horrible place to live , very run down , can’t wait to move out .!
