I now sleep well and have less worries after leaving that place. We lived there for 3 years and maintenance only addressed one issue—and didn’t even fix it correctly. I basically had to act as Eli’s secretary, constantly texting and calling (which I hated) just to remind him to fix a leak. We lived in apt 516 and our electric bill was always over $120/month, even when we were gone for weeks on vacation. We use about the same amount of electricity now and pay $60–80, so watch out. Valerie and Edwin were unprofessional and disorganized. They will NOT refund your deposit, unless you show proof and make them- keep copies of everything, as this will help you. Their rent portal would randomly stop working, forcing us to pay with certified funds. Keeping receipts, again, saved us after they tried
Unprofessional and Dishonest Experience – Still Waiting on Deposit Refund I’m writing this review to warn others about the extremely unprofessional and misleading experience my fiancé and I had with this apartment complex, specifically dealing with Blanca. From the very beginning, communication was inconsistent and unorganized. Blanca showed us one unit, only to later say it was no longer available. She then tried to switch us to a completely different unit without giving clear details or any sense of honesty or urgency. Every step of the process felt like we were being misled or kept in the dark. I scheduled an online tour for 3pm 9/29/25. I Showed up to the property for the tour and the leasing agent who was there was helping another customer. The leasing agent walked out of the building asked us how she could help us. We answered and said we made an online appointment. She then proceeded to say they don’t take online appointments for tours. So why have that as an option???? She then said you have to qualify for these apartments, and you have to make a certain amount to qualify asking us if we work 40 hours, again she’s saying this when we’re here to tour an apartment not sign a lease. From the get go she assumed we didn’t make enough, which we do. Yet again we haven’t even seen what they look like or been toured or even applied. She then told us to wait for her to tour the other
Current resident and honestly I am extremely upset with the way the management run the office as of late. They close at 5pm and I went over there at 4:44pm to find the doors locked and no one in the building (this occured 10/2/25). I called them twice that day to discover no phones answered. I decided to try again after I got off work 10/3/25 and I even called while I was on my breaks at work more then 5 times to receive no response again. Well it was 4:15 pm on 10/4/25 and I go there to discover the doors locked AGAIN and the sign flipped to close. This is a disregard for your residents and EXTREMELY RUDE. I work 54 hours a week and my time is valuable and it's so disrespectful to me. I have a very important matter to discuss with the management at the office and they can't even respect t
The new managment is terrible, the company that bought the apartment have no clue what they're doing. For some reason they have tried multiple times to say that I owe money that I definitely do not owe, even though I have shown them receipts from every rental payment I have made.
