I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm doing so because I feel discriminated against by this company. I applied for a duplex apartment, and all my family's income was perfectly documented, but I wasn't approved due to immigration policies, even though their company policy states that applications are not discriminated against based on nationality, race, color, religion, etc. She didn't investigate thoroughly, and I had proof that I'm legally in the country, but she rejected me because of my racial profile. It's a shame because she seemed friendly.

This place ruined all other apartments for me. Didn't realize how good I had it here until I moved out of state and started living in places run by slum lords. Everything was wonderful and I would live here again. Rented for 3 years with no issues. A/C went out in the summer and they provided a temporary window unit at no cost the same day. She gave me my entire deposit back even though I didn't deserve it and she has flexible leases.

Kayla was a great landlord and always worked with us and addressed all our questions and concerns. And we lived at S. Governor St. Apt and it was so sound-proof. We were so surprised at how quiet it was. It felt like we had no neighbors. :) And Kayla accepted cats so it was amazing that we got to stay close to downtown with our little cat. We highly recommend!

Kayla is one the best if not the best landlord I have ever rented from. They are punctual on repairs and maintenance. I have been renting from her since 2018 and I don't plan to move any time soon!

My roommate and I were under the impression we had resigned to continue our lease. We did this back in February of 2016. We hear nothing from her about the lease until June 2016 when we are given a letter about move out procedures. We called her to clarify as we stated we wanted to stay. Kayla said there was a confusion with our lease and she had attempted to contact us multiple times about it. She never did. In that time she had contacted us about other things but never anything about an issue with renewing our lease. We were given a 28 day notice about moving out. Which also gave us less than a month to find a new place to live. She claimed she could not renew us because she had people interested in the apartment but she had never to our knowledge shown our apartment. In the last month s
