I have been a resident at Renew Park One for Nine Years and the location is Excellent with easy access to Shops, restaurants and public transportation. My unit was completely clean before I moved in and feels specious, with great natural light. The complex is well maintained and the amenities like the fitness center, sauna and pool are great. What stands out the most however is The Management ( Emily the Manager ) and maintenance team, they are constantly responsive , professional and friendly, any issues I have had were addressed promptly fixed correctly. I would highly recommend to any one looking for a comfortable and well managed place to live. A.Tekle

This property is literally falling apart, don't live here. Management doesn't know what they are doing and they are notorious for not responding to calls, texts, and emails. I have had constant issues both in my apartment and around the community but nothing really gets fixed properly, more like a cheap patch job to cover the problem. In addition to management some of the residents are just careless and like to trash the place. My car got vandalized on the 4th of July and management did nothing yet again. They will happily take your money but when you ask for anything it's just like sorry not sorry and we can't do anything about it. Which is complete BS unless you're incompetent at doing your job. So yeah, I recommend avoiding this place at all costs unless you want to live in a glorified

Want to do laundry? Hope you’ve got $6 to spare per load, if you can find a washer/dryer that works and hasn’t been set on fire from someone overloading it. Yes, that’s actually happened, MULTIPLE times. It’s the end of June and guess what’s still missing? PROPANE. That’s right, all the outdoor grills have sat empty for months. I finally gave up and bought a disposable one-time-use grill just to cook some brats. But even if they did have propane, they’re so rusty and disgusting that no one in their right mind would use them. No one cleans them, the complex doesn’t maintain them, and when tenants do use them they never clean up after themselves so its just old food caked on the grills. It’s vile. (Peep the photo below for that sad reality.) Keep in mind they just put in new grills a YEAR

This Building has been completely awesome. The ladies in the front are such a big help always willing to assist me on any question or concern I have. Also they take the time to create a safe and comfortable living environment for me, and I love that. Exceptional job guys, keep up the good work. Thanks again!

Living here was a generally negative experience. I lived in a studio. The unit was expensive for the area, competing at a "luxury" price point, and felt like a badly flipped crack house. The cabinets were sided with rotting OSB, the floor was loose and wobbly, and maintenance shut the water off with no warning multiple times (once while I was in the shower). They abandoned washing machines in the fire exit paths during remodels and took days to clean up dog poop and trash in the lobbies. The mail room didn't work and my mail was stolen repeatedly. The pool was closed for the first 4 months I lived here. Management is functional and will help if you can make contact with them. One star added for the cheap indoor parking.
