5 Stars – Wonderful Living Experience! I’ve had an amazing experience living at Renaissance apartments. From day one, the Management and staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the leasing team is always friendly and professional. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. I especially love the natural light, updated appliances, and quiet atmosphere. The amenities — like the fitness center, swimming pool is super clean and temperature controlled Location is another huge plus — everythingis just a short walk away. Braly park, school, grocery stores ,gas , offices, downtown Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-managed place in Sunnyvale ! Only cons:- Small parking spots very tight

Renaissance apartments is an excellent place to live. The apartments are very big and spacious. The surrounding area is very quiet (though it may be louder if you get a unit closer to old san francisco). There is a small park very close by. The pool is pretty nice and they offer towel service. The management is great, they are always very helpful and responsive. The maintenance team is effective and fast - most issues get resolved by the next day. It is a short 5 minute drive from downtown which has great stuff like target, whole foods and the movie theater. I think the walls are fairly thick as I almost never can hear my neighbors. They are very kind in terms of year to year changes in rent. There are some downsides. The floors are all carpet which you may not like. The area has many clo

I lived in this complex for 3 years and can safely say it has been a great experience. Management has been excellent with maintenance and other things. Guest parking is plentiful, and the apartments are spacious and new. The car wash, in particular, is a godsend. Plus, the location is great if you work in Palo Alto or love eating out (tons of restaurants in Sunnyvale and Cupertino) Only real downsides I can note, which ended up being among the reasons i left, were the lack of an elevator and central AC. If you live on the third floor, as I did, it can be genuinely exhausting to go up and down 3 flights of stairs just to go about your life, not to mention your apartment getting stuffy during the hot months that opening windows won't really help with.

We spent 2.5 years here and it was an amazing experience! We only left since we were looking for a single-family residence. The apartments, community, amenities, and management are incredible. Any concern or maintenance issue we ever voiced was addressed immediately. The staff are all very professional and friendly, and the property manager Amica is both personal and exceptionally organized and responsive. Communication was outstanding and we honestly didn’t have a single complaint the entire time we lived here. I lived in another complex in Sunnyvale that was a totally different experience so I know that Renaissance is unique. We especially loved using the hot tub, and the landscaping and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. We will miss living at Renaissance, if you move here you w

I lived here for 2 years with my wife and dog in a 1BR ground floor unit and it was great. Layout and unit features are great. Staff are responsive, helpful, and transparent but most importantly it’s clear they actually care and the effort they put into community events was appreciated - a rarity in American apartments. The maintenance team is also top-notch. The amenities are well-kept and clean. I really enjoyed towel service season! The location is great with groceries nearby and a park right across the street. We had an excellent move-in and move-out experience. Our move-out maintenance costs were reasonable and staff detailed the reasons for the expense, such as unit cleaning.
