If you read this review, you will NEVER trust this agency, and, or specifically Greg Vlachakis, their agent who sold us our home on Golden Drive in Toms River. At the time we purchased the home, Greg convinced our family to use him as the buying agent because quote verbatim, "I have a very good relationship with the owner and he trusts me." We moved forward with the purchase, and I forwarded the filled out Seller's Disclosure Statement to my attorney. We waived the inspection with the exception of Structural and Engineering. Pursuant to waiving inspection, Greg convinced us to use the former seller's inspection report since the home was in 'great condition.' Fast forward to March 10, 2026, our move in day.
