David Radsniak performed the services and I cannot rave enough regarding David’s knowledge, completeness and meticulous review that lasted over 3 hours going over every area of the home. David took his time to discuss potential issues and produced one of the best professional home inspection reports that I have ever received. Furthermore, he has spent time with me post inspection to understand the findings. This is the best money ever spent on a home inspector besides that David is very easy and accessible to speak with.
