Worst realty group in NJ. Realtor (Ankur) took advantage of me after my father’s death. He knew I was going through a hard time and just coming to a decision to sell was hard. He sold me everything, he said his listing pictures are the best, and he would also use drone pictures. He would create an outdoor paradise including a pool to the large empty backyard with AI to show how the yard could look. He even waived his commission of 2% to help. That was until the day of closing (2 hours before to be exact) when he told me he couldn’t waive the commission because his broker/boss said NO. Hmm, you think he knew this prior to the closing, yup, all lies. STAY AWAY!

I bought a house in February in Point Pleasant Beach and couldn’t be more happy with my experience. Nancy Hopp was more than other “regular” real estate agent, she went above and beyond to answer any questions, calls and texts! Not only was she professional, attentive and knowledgeable but she always knew where to find an answer if she was unsure herself. Nancy went above and beyond her scope of employment to ensure a smooth and seamless process. I wouldn’t change anything. Thank you Nancy for everything.

We found the perfect home for our family of 3, thanks to the friendly agents and owners of Cara Realtors! We love our space on Northrup Drive in Brick! The team was quick to find something that fit both our budget and requests (laundry in unit, multiple bedrooms, pet friendly). We were able to view the rental quickly and fill out an application that day. They streamlined the process and somehow made it fun and not stressful.
