Lakeview Place

So I was on the hunt for the perfect apartment- one close to family, close to my son’s school, and well within range of my work cases. As a nurse I am very particular about things- but I can say- unequivocally- that this apartment is the most beautiful, well maintained, amazing space I have ever been fortunate enough to find! And it fits all criteria perfectly!!! My views of the lake are stunning- I feel like I am in an upscale lakeside retreat. I have had only the best things to say about Valentina and the other people in the office- to say they are only ever kind, lovely and understanding and professional, as well as genuine in their quest to keep their clients happy- even the ones who have moved out! I’ve never before had a landlord or leasing office ask if the old tenants mail comes to

Since I moved here, the staff has been so nice & accommodating! Any problems I’ve had have been quickly & efficiently resolved by the maintenance staff. Valentina in the leasing office is always happy to answer any questions or concerns & goes above & beyond to help in any way she can.

Lived here for 7 years, and totally loved it. Safe, friendly neighborhood, responsive and friendly management, beautiful views. Leaving grateful!

Me and my family living here since more than a year now and all we can say is apartment is very clean and modern and fantastic 😊. Bernadeta and Valentina was amazing to us and always helpful from start to finish. It's very nice community and also nice around everyone. We love the location of unit and unite is amazingly renovated n clean and so nice 👍.. thanks once again for support bernadeta and Valentina.
