Boulevard at Brick

I just moved into the Blvd at Brick and I already can not get enough. From the moment I submitted my application, everything about this place has been a wonderful experience. Debbie is absolutely wonderful to work with! She answered/answers all of my questions and never makes me feel like a bother! She responds to all of my emails almost immediately. The complex is extremely clean and well taken care of. Everyone seems so welcoming and nice and is always saying hello and introducing themselves outside. If you are looking for a safe, clean place to live- this is it!

My partner and I just moved into Brick Blvd, and we love it just as much as when we first came to visit! Debbie has been nothing but amazing since day one! We truly are grateful for such a caring, on point and very professional property manager. She seriously made sure everything was done properly and in a timely manner, without missing a beat! The maintenance team is also very responsive and helpful as well, especially Jon! We moved from a place that wasn't as put together and professional. However, being here, I can truly say that we've found out new home. We are very excited for the future and are blessed to be at Brick Blvd. 10/10 and highly recommended!

From the moment I met Debbie Fernicola, the leasing agent, I knew moving into The Boulevard would be a positive experience. She is friendly, competent and went above and beyond to help me from the initial tour, to navigating the application process, to the move in day. The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable; everything well maintained. My expectations have been exceeded.

Within minutes of meeting Deb, it felt like she was family. She is kind, caring and helpful while also being knowledgeable, competent and efficient. She answers all inquiries quickly with whatever information was needed. The units are beautiful and well maintained and the community seems lovely. We look forward to living in our new home.
