I don't understand how your agency can feel good about taking a 25% broker's fee on a $12,000. sale of property. That doesn't seem right even if you informed the seller ahead of time. Taking advantage of a little guy that doesn't have much doesn't seem like good business policy.

Should have called the cops on the agent working with my buyer. They trespassed on the property before they had an accepted purchase agreement and would call my repair man and order him to make repairs that we again had not agreed upon. They made selling my home to their buyer an awful, stressful process.

Great group of agents, I've had many of them go out of their way to help me. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them!
