Good place to stay. One advantage of this place is that it is next to Walmart and some of the best shopping spots in Angola. The staff in the leasing office is helpful and pays attention to your questions. Some units have new appliances, while others have older ones. There are washing and drying units on the first and third floors that you can use for a fee. The rooms are spacious and come with carpet or vinyl flooring. The view from the balcony and windows is nice.

I’ve lived here with my sister for about 4 years now. It’s comfortable and clean. The only thing I wish we could change is having a washer and dryer. And some updated appliances and flooring. But other than that it works for us

I never leave reviews on anything but this place is deserving. I’ve now been moved out for months and have not gotten any callbacks or answers when I call regarding a security deposit return. Mid-40s single guy with a professional job. My review is for people similar to me. ***UPDATE after I moved out they charged me over $800 for carpet "depreciation". I didn't damage the carpet and it's old and needed to be replaced. I refused to pay and they sent it to collections and it eventually was listed as a major delinquency on my credit. I can no longer recommend this apartment complex to anyone who isn't desperate for housing. I knocked a star off for it.*** This place is fine, but too expensive for how nice it is. If you're trying to decide between here and another place that's another $100-$200 more, pay the extra. If the difference is more than $200, you should probably choose here because it's not terrible. Most of these reviews about the quality of the apartments is true. I
