Went in to inquire about a couple parcels of land. The agent in charge of them had no interest in selling them to us. The agent himself developed the land and it had been a friend to friend ownership since. I asked for an email on the restrictions and covenants, took him a week to respond, didn't get my name right, and didn't email what I asked for. All it said was that they weren't interested in lowering the price at all. Terrible experience, offensive self serving agent, terrible business conduct. He looked at me and judged that I couldn't afford anything worth value because i didn't dress up to go there. Was ready to drop 600k on the properties, but he didn't know that.

Had Mike Thomas Associates help me and my fiancee look for a house in the Steuben County area. Our agent , Wes Hankey, did a great job helping us in a seller's market. He listened to us, responded to all of our questions (even some related to selling our old house) , and was always available. Would strongly recommend using them for buying or selling!
