I would definitely recommend your company to someone else. In fact I plan to buy another house in the future to rent and will be contacting ReMax to manage the property. The people in your office are SO professional and even when things go wrong, they are quick to get it fixed. When I first moved in I didn’t know the heat was gas and didn’t get my gas turned on before the temperature dropped. They dropped a couple of heaters off at the house because it was going to take the gas company a few days to get to the house to get it turned on and the temps were going to be really low. The move out process was so easy and they were very flexible when my job got hectic and I had to change the day of bringing my keys back due to last minute work trips.

Amanda McCormick, this name means so much to me. Not only was she my realtor but she became a new friend. I am a first time home buyer that was full of nerves and faced with some other obstacles but God know when and who to place in your life. Amanda McCormick brought her good qualities, her good values as a person and her professionalism to the table. She utilized all her skills and took away my nerves and made my obstacles very small. She had no problem listening to me or answering any questions or concerns I may have had...remarkable response time. So now I am a proud owner of a 2021 brand new home...my dream home! This is a shitty company they're literally charging me for things that was already damaged after I told them many times to fix when I was there. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Woman (Becca I think her name is) up front doesn’t know anything. They severely lack communication. Only thing they’re good for is collecting money. House running down and can’t fix anything. Had issues with them all the time. Broken windows, clogged sinks, black mold (heard this from THEIR inspector), AC went out several times and once for a few days (in the summer and didn’t offer accommodations) until they finally replaced the whole unit after several days. What could go wrong here? You name it. Once, their billing system double charged for rent and didn’t let anyone know until I called asking about it. Now, what if someone was on their last dollar and it happened to them plus an overcharge fee. Would they care? No. When I moved out they charged a $75 clean
