They require you pay the application fee before you can even view a property, I was also told it’s not refundable. So if I don’t like the property in person I just lost $35. In this economy? No thank you.

I had came across this company in one of the listings, so I decided to give a call Maghan Deutschlander from coldwell banker premier answered it was a bit complicated since I had some charges in my early twenties. But, she didn’t give up and got me approved. After that the whole process was very smooth. I seen a lot of negative reviews for this company but take my advice and ask to speak with Megan you won’t be disappointed.
