Best landlords ever!! All of the ladies in the office are so friendly and they work with you. The maintenance men come same day, instantly when you need anything. Lost my key and they wasted no time coming to change my locks for me. They are literally the best.

I rented a mobile home in Lumberton NC for 5 months due to my son's death I had to move back to Massachusetts. It is like pulling teeth to get my $1000 rental deposit back. 1 st Porsche tells me the day you leave I'll inspect the property and cut you a check. 5 hours waiting got a no show no call nothing. So we stop by the office and see what is going on. She's there. Said she had emergency and will have someone inspect and I'll send you a check.well she said the 1 st check must of got lost in the mail. She cancelled because we waited a week it never came. So we called she said she'd cancel it send another.mind you we played hide and not pick up the phone. So now it's been 5 days no check she's trying to say that it must've got lost again. The park I live in was severely neglected and I was stuck in a broken/moldy trailer due to Time Out Communities not fixing anything or caring. H and H purchased the park, got me into a new home and has been cleaning the park up. We have working street lights now, front and rear decks, and the park is looking so much better. Worst place to rent from when you move out they try beat you for your security deposit im waiting 30 days after my inpection for money still have to go back there to get money cause they lying not mailing to me you have good tenants pay rent on time move no damage then you screw people like that why ? karma will give you the worst tendants
