Great apartments. Great office manager. Upper management SUCKS! They won't allow the office here to release their phone number so you can call them and complain. They refuse to take action against tenants who constantly violate their lease. I've been reporting the same problem for 8 months and they refuse to do anything about it. I don't blame the office manager because her hands are tied, it's her superior.
