Excellent builder! Great experience from start to finish. The builder was very detail oriented, making sure to explain the process and answer any questions we had. He has an excellent team established to oversee the day-to-day but was also present at our property frequently, checking in and making sure that the work was done to a very high standard. We could not have been more pleased with the process and the outcome of building our home. We had secured a lot on our own prior to building and his knowledge of building with a construction perm loan was a huge plus to us. Smooth and easy. Highly Recommend!!!!!

Great Builder! GMC Construction of NC built our home 4 years ago and from start to finish Greg, Candy and the rest of the crew were on the ball making sure everything ran smoothly. We requested some customization in our build and GMC more than met our expectations. Greg and his foreman were on the site regularly making sure everything was going as planned and on schedule. They listen to their customers and their attention to detail is fantastic. We highly recommend GMC Construction of NC, especially if you want a quality build that is done right and on time. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Great, great builders and great customer service. Very detailed in their design and in their final walk through (before completion), fixing minor errors. High quality builds. The only drawback I have is the considerably high HOA dues. No bang for your buck in consideration of what it actually covers; way, way too high (for my neighborhood anyways). However, as a company and as designers/builders/customer service, simply awesome!!
