This company tried to sell me a house in Rosedale Indiana. i was told the house was free of mortgages found a mortgage and a lien. no paperwork on the house was told all is well manufactured homes need a HUD plate Remax said don't know anything about it. went for a termite inspection when I was present somebody 💩 in the toilet diarena and left paper towels in the toilet on a septic system which will clog it up. the well tested positive for arsenic and coliform realtor said what form, it's all poison. garage has termites per inspection, won't pass V A or Fha. has a plot of land which belongs to someone else on the middle of the property. owner never responds doesn't do email very shady beware. 7985 s Coxville Rd don't even know where the well or septic are. who sells a house with no info sp

I recently worked on a deal with Re/Max Becky Klingele as selling agents representative. It my professional opinion, this was one of the most unprofessional realtor and real estate transactions I have ever been apart of. Not only was the listing information completely falsified but after acceptance of an offer, more and more material information came out that was hidden and not disclosed while being known (mold, financial reports, tenant contracts, etc). Furthermore, additional miscommunication and verbal acceptances were granted and accepted and then not honored all while being past the allowed contract times in order to delay, frustrate, cause more DD expenses. I highly recommend seeking other representation to complete any real estate dealings as Becky is incompetent as an agent. Buyer
