I just read the review about Corey Baron and I am sorry I have to confirm. My experience with him, compared to a real estate company in Albany, has not been good. I visited the office, he sat with his computer, we talked about doing a CMA and he said he would have to consult his boss, and I didn't hear from him and then I called him and he said there were property issues so I had the person from Benton County Land Use contact him to explain these issues, then despite several attempts to contact him I was ghosted. Never heard a thing, not even a courteous, sorry we can't help you, nada, no response. Very disappointing.

We worked with dynamic duo Michael Krasilovsky and Noelle Moen. Highly recommend! They are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, caring, patient and professional. If you want to buy or sell a home in the Corvallis area, Michael and Noelle are the team to contact!

I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Corey Baron or his office. My experience with him was a masterclass in unprofessionalism and self-interest. From the beginning, it was clear that his priority was maximizing his commission, not helping me secure a home. He failed to communicate crucial changes regarding how he would be compensated, but made sure to remind me of the legal consequences if I worked with another agent—a threat that was both unnecessary and deeply inappropriate. When it came time to place an offer, Corey delayed by two full days, allowing another buyer to submit a competing bid. It’s hard to view this as anything other than a deliberate attempt to drive up the price and, in turn, increase his commission. I had been upfront about my financial constraints,

Kathy Frieze is the best real estate agent that I have ever worked with. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Corvallis area (not only the neighborhoods, but building trends and materials, too). I appreciated that Kathy was always looking out for potential issues with a home, keeping my best interests in mind. She is patient and easy going. Though I didn't end up purchasing, she was great through the bid process. If I was looking in this region again, I would absolutely work with Kathy again.
