DO NOT USE Ron at Remax if you want to protect your investment! He managed multiple properties for my parents for many years. Upon visiting the properties, viewing their dilapidated condition, and the unprofessionalism of Ron directly, I highly recommend you find another reputable professional to protect any investments you may have. RESPONSE TO FEEDBACK Amazingly once the properties were placed into the hands of competent property management company, no longer did we have mysterious repairs that never amounted to work performed in the houses. You also have not yet responded to our attorney's request to provide the proper documentation you are legally bound to do so. Looking forward to the court date to recoup some of the funds that were swindled from my elderly parents.

Very disappointed to have been a client of this company for many years and feel very taken advantage of. Work performed and charged to me without my consent, buildings left in poor condition which is concerning for tenants, provided with refund checks only to have them withdrawn from my account given too much time has lapsed before depositing checks. Would like to rate this company a zero and would also want to ensure no other landlords trust their properties what I'm sure is a fraudulent property management company.

I was in need of a place that's as willing to do multi-family leasing, which is harder than you would think. Ron worked with us to find the right home and lease agreement that met all of our needs. We have been living in the same place for three years now.
