Reliable Property Management, Inc

This company is with very bad service. We live in Framingham, and Reliable Property Mangement is the company that manages our complex. We bought an apartment there, and pay extremely high condo dues and fees for the total opposite amount of service and support that we get at the complex. The gardeners come and do the bare minimum, leaving bushes and trees to overgrow carelessly, without attention, and the property management (even though they have been notified consistently, do nothing to help). There is always damage around the property that is never fixed and owners always get pushback to fix their own things even if it is in the contract stating that it is the complex responsibility. The heat is managed by the company at the main office, and in the winter it is extremely hot and losely

Horrible property management company. Do not rent from these people. They will never call you. Black mold still in my AC. Drains that were neglected for years. Ventilation fans not work in bathroom. Paint peeling. Unsanitary living conditions. They will never call you. The receptionist hangs up on you.

I own a condo in brook village condo, Boxborough, MA that is managed by reliable property management Inc. I own multiple properties in different cities and have lived in many other apartments and this is the worst property management company in my experience. They charge around 400dlr/ month as condo fee but the property management does not care about anything. They don't even take care of the snow on time. If you face an issue and call the number in the site, it will never be answered. If you send emails, there won't be any replies for months. If you put a complaint in the condo website, they will never try to resolve the issue. Nobody to respond in emergency situations. You will have to call 911 for even the things that should be taken care by property management. Trash is not removed

All of our interactions with this condo/property management company have been most positive! Keith Goodale is extremely responsive and makes every effort to keep the client happy--a rare commodity amongst management companies that we have seen in Metrowest particularly! We have had Reliable for several years and have been most pleased with their services.

It is by far the worst property management. The property manager Brad never respond to any inquires, even the urgent matters like water leak. The office staff never get back even when they promised to do. You should look for somewhere else.
