Love my new apartment. Been a while since I found a place where my money’s worth is seen. From the care in detail in the apartment, storage space, club room, game room, yoga studio and other amenities. Free wine 🍷/ beer is a plus. It’s a vacation at your home. Would definitely recommend The Point! Reach out to Beverly and Lori: they made my move so easy.

We have lived here for almost 2.5 years. The Point is fantastic! We couldn't recommended it enough. The amenities are top tier and the leasing office is fantastic. Lori, McKenzie and Beverly were a joy to deal with and were always welcoming and helpful. We really love it here!! It's a special place!

My husband and I were looking to move to Marlborough and had plans to buy, but that did not work for our timeline. We came to look at The Point and worked primarily with McKenzie, who was amazing. McKenzie dealt well with our craziness, as we were dealing with a very specific timeline. The unit and facility is great. We have had great experiences with the management team, working primarily with McKenzie and occasionally with Lori. We’ve also worked with Joelson, head of maintenance, who has been spectacular. The rent is steep but they do try to offset with additional amenities. The place is very dog friendly and the other dog owners for the most part are cognizant and aware of other dog owners, keeping their distance as needed. I have been here for almost two years and as soon as the new owners came on board this place absolutely blows. Kids SCREAMING everywhere, and I mean everywhere and all the time. Management has set no boundaries with these families and continue to let it happen. They have scooter races in the hallway and main lobby area. Where are their parents? Constant bike riding in the main lobby area. Forget using any of the amenities they are always used up by non residents. I have never had a bad thing to say about this place until recently. I actually used to brag about living here. Now I am sooooo glad my lease is up in July I can not wait to leave this obnoxious property.
