Wayne was very responsive and accommodating when I reached out to him to schedule a new home inspection within the week. He arrived early and went thoroughly inspecting the house inside and out. He communicated with our agent and seller's agent very well, and explained in great detail to us what his findings were and what he would suggest we do. Wayne came recommended to us by our realtor, and he did not disappoint! He was very thorough in letting me know what the inspection would include beforehand, he made me aware of all of my options, and he arrived about a half hour early to get a start outside. Professional, experienced, and detailed. Wayne was meticulous in his work and kind with his explanations. My partner and I (mostly me) know very little about the Home Inspection process.
