Completely unresponsive company. I'm used to management companies being awful to deal with as a tenant, I've never seen one as bad to deal with as a client. Fantastic at apologizing after completely failing to do their job. Also take these reviews with a pinch of salt, they solicit positive reviews relentlessly. Also driving a cyber truck is a not a good look. Kinda telling the whole world that the company is not run by the kind of people you should be supporting.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not hire! They are the most unprofessional company. They withdrew two months of condo fees after being let go for unprofessionalism. It was a multi day stressful struggle to recover the funds. They were completely unresponsive to my calls. If this amount of money was withdrawn from a person that was not savvy and checking their bank statements, they would have stole the money Unacceptable. Beware. Do not hire!!!!!! Do not believe the positive reviews.

Mismanagement, Unauthorized Actions, and Poor Communication We Hired GIM in April and had to Fire them by July due to a series of serious missteps and questionable practices. Unauthorized Financial Moves: GIM moved our bank accounts from a local institution to one in Nevada without our consent. Jake Greasley told us any trustee registered with the county is automatically a signer on the bank accounts—no verification, no documentation was provided. Tech Limitations: Their Trustee Portal only works on Windows. No access via smartphones, Apple computers, or Google platforms. This made basic account management unnecessarily difficult. No Formal Proposal Process: Mike Greasley presented us with a $24,000 landscaping proposal for a property with just 200 square feet of grass. This raised serious

Had them managing my properties, they failed to evict a tenant which one may suggest is not their fault necessarily but the eviction was lost because they hired the lawyer and they did not provide the documentation that was given to them that would have refuted the overturn of the eviction. I don't have to worry about libel because my statements are true and factual. Email my wife again about taking down my review and I’ll find another platform to leave a negative review.
